We use a 30-day return period, which means that you have 30 days to register an item for return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need proof of purchase to prove that you have purchased the item.
To begin the return process, you can reach us at email@example.com. As soon as we accept your request, we will send you the return ticket and also how/where to send the item. Articles that are sent to us without being registered first will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Once you receive your order, we request that you thoroughly inspect and test the item. If the item is defective or damaged, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you appropriately.
Some items are not eligible for returns (such as food, flowers or plants), personal orders (such as custom made items) and health products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept products such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about your return request.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your ordered item. Once your return request has been accepted, order the desired item separately.
We will contact you as soon as we have inspected the returned item. We will also let you know whether your return has been approved. If your return has been approved, we will refund your money to the account you paid with. Please keep in mind that it may take some time to get your money back to your bank account.
