Refund policy

We use a 30-day return period, which means that you have 30 days to register an item for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need proof of purchase to prove that you have purchased the item.

To begin the return process, you can reach us at looqs@greenviewtech.eu . Once we accept your request, we will send you the return ticket and also how/where to send the item. Items sent to us without being registered first will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Once you receive your order, please inspect and test the item thoroughly. If the item is defective or damaged, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you appropriately.

exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your ordered item. Once your return request has been accepted, order the desired item separately.

Refund
If your return has been approved, we will credit your money back to the account you used to pay. Please keep in mind that it can take a few days until you receive your money back in your bank account.
